Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sterns, a leading jewellery brand under TFG<\/strong>, is looking for a passionate Sales Associate<\/strong> to join our Zevenwacht store. If you have a love for jewellery, fashion, and exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Represent Sterns<\/strong> by providing an outstanding customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understand and exceed customer expectations by offering the best solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Actively monitor and track sales performance<\/strong> against targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay updated with the latest jewellery and fashion trends<\/strong> to assist customers effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities<\/strong> to grow the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with stock replenishment<\/strong> to maintain a well-presented store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous retail sales experience<\/strong> is an advantage but not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Skills & Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Passion for customer service and engagement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Target-driven<\/strong> with a focus on delivering results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
