This role will provide hands-on experience in managing <strong>raw material shipments, vendor coordination, and compliance processes<\/strong> to optimize logistics and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Resolve <strong>purchase order and tariff-related queries<\/strong> while maintaining up-to-date exchange rates, freight costs, and shipping lead times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage relationships between <strong>internal and external teams<\/strong>, ensuring visibility of <strong>raw material shipments, fabric flow, and container utilization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support the <strong>Distribution Centre<\/strong> in managing raw material purchase orders and container receipts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor and <strong>coordinate container issues<\/strong>, procurement calendars, and bond store compliance to optimize cash flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct <strong>vendor analytics<\/strong> to improve <strong>consolidation and strategic sourcing<\/strong> of raw materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist in <strong>forecast capacity planning<\/strong> for active fabric and trim vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate <strong>ITAC Masterplan Rebate permit applications<\/strong> and other permits to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage <strong>tariff codes, duty applications, and cost adjustments<\/strong>, ensuring accurate updates in stock-on-hand values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Reconcile <strong>duty provisions with actual payments<\/strong>, working closely with finance teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>National Diploma<\/strong> in <strong>Clothing Management, Clothing Production, or Fashion Design<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Interest in <strong>Import &amp; Export Shipping and Logistics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong <strong>conflict management<\/strong> and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Excellent <strong>written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong <strong>time management and organizational skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to <strong>work independently and in a team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Attention to <strong>detail and accuracy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to navigate and use <strong>multiple software applications simultaneously<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Understanding of <strong>continuous improvement principles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At <strong>TFG<\/strong>, we believe in developing young talent and providing opportunities for <strong>career growth and learning<\/strong>.
