The successful candidates will be responsible for selling financial services to both existing and new customers within an assigned territory, working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Generate <strong>sales leads<\/strong> within the target market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Identify and interact with <strong>potential clients<\/strong> to expand the customer base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct <strong>market research<\/strong> to enhance sales strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education)<\/strong> or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prior experience in <strong>Direct Sales (DSA)<\/strong> will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong <strong>selling skills<\/strong> with the ability to persuade and close deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Excellent <strong>interpersonal and communication skills<\/strong> for effective customer engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Previous experience in <strong>sales or financial services<\/strong> will be beneficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Commission-based<\/strong> with additional <strong>sales incentives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested applicants should submit a <strong>comprehensive application<\/strong>, including a <strong>curriculum vitae<\/strong>, to the <strong>Gaborone Head Office<\/strong>.
