The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, accurate packing and unpacking of parcels, and maintaining cleanliness in the branch. This role requires an individual who is well-groomed, organized, and able to think on their feet while delivering exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Driving and Deliveries:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Plan and execute cost-effective and timely deliveries to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Verify the correctness of delivery documents and ensure accurate handling of cheques or cash received from customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete log sheets, read delivery documents and maps, and communicate effectively with internal staff and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain good housekeeping practices with the vehicles driven, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Picking and Packing:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Pack and unpack goods to be stocked in the storeroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to the supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Receive and count stock items, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Mark stock items as needed and ensure correct documentation is available when receiving or dispatching stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Report any disparities in stock documentation immediately to the supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Maintenance:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the general cleanliness and upkeep of the branch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements and Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Valid Code 8 driver\u2019s license.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1-3 years of experience<\/strong> in a related stores environment, with product knowledge as an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Behavioural Competencies:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Well-groomed, neat, and professionally presented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to think and react quickly in dynamic situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good organizational skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-focused and team-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Astore Keymak:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Astore Keymak is a leading provider of quality industrial products and solutions.
