In this role, the Apprentice – Millwright will engage in a temporary assignment, focusing on both learning and applying technical skills to support the business. This will include both restorative and preventive maintenance activities. The apprentice will learn from facilitators and mentors while completing various technical tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Work in both engineering and operations environments within the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attend all classroom and practical training sessions full-time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Execute technical tasks, both mechanical and electrical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in on-the-floor equipment maintenance as per program details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage in technical problem-solving activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Complete corrective maintenance activities, including the closure of tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong> Engineering Diploma and\/or N3 (Mechanical & Electrical)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Fluent in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work at heights and in noisy, dusty environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Willingness to work shifts and extended hours when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A team player mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
