The successful applicants will be responsible for operating the Ministry\u2019s vehicles, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of staff, clients, and official materials. These roles are essential to supporting the Ministry\u2019s daily activities and the efficient delivery of healthcare services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Driving and Transportation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Safely convey Ministry staff to their designated workplaces for daily operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver and collect items from various locations as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Transport clients from the Health Center to hospitals for medical services and return them as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide transportation for center clients from the center to their homes or areas of need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vehicle Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct daily checks of vehicle oil, fuel, and tyre conditions to ensure roadworthiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Keep the vehicle clean by washing both the exterior and interior regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Schedule and take vehicles for regular servicing and repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain the vehicle\u2019s service records and log book accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vehicle Security:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Park vehicles in secure areas to prevent theft or damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure that all vehicle doors are locked and security devices are activated when not in use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications and Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> COSC\/LGCSE or GCE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> A valid driver\u2019s license with a minimum of five (5) years of driving experience and successful completion of an assessment test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven track record of safe driving and vehicle maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to adhere to scheduled transportation and maintenance routines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills and a commitment to service excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-base-3-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-the-lesotho-ministry-of-health-is-looking-for-drivers-x3\/\" style=\"background-color:#ff0000\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications must be submitted on or before 14 March 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of healthcare services by ensuring the safe and reliable transportation of staff and clients.
