The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting employees and guests, as well as handling document and mail deliveries while ensuring proper record-keeping and logistical support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Transportation:<\/strong> Safely drive light and medium-sized motor vehicles to transport employees and guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Courier Duties:<\/strong> Collect and deliver items, documents, mail, and newspapers, ensuring accurate verification and record maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Logistics Management:<\/strong> Organize and maintain logistical arrangements including route forms, logbooks, key safekeeping, and designated parking procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Vehicle Maintenance:<\/strong> Perform routine maintenance checks on the allocated vehicle and report any defects promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Additional Duties:<\/strong> Carry out any other delegated tasks, including working overtime when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF 4 qualification).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Licensing:<\/strong> Valid driver\u2019s license (minimum code 08) is compulsory.
