Ponelo Wealth, a leading financial service provider in Botswana, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling a range of essential financial products, including life cover, funeral covers, investments, and short-term insurance. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with competitive incentives and growth potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Sales Generation:<\/strong> Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell the suite of financial products, including life cover, funeral covers, investments, and short-term insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Customer Relationship Management:<\/strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Market Research:<\/strong> Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position Ponelo Wealth\u2019s products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Achieving Targets:<\/strong> Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Documentation and Reporting:<\/strong> Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of financial products such as life cover, funeral covers, investments, and short-term insurance is an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
