Phakisa Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Admin Clerk to join our team in Standerton. This temporary full-time position is critical in ensuring accurate time management and employee record-keeping. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise employee data and supporting operational administrative tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Key result areas will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Data Capturing:<\/strong> Accurately capture employee hours on the Time Management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Employee Management:<\/strong> Ensure employees are correctly loaded on the Time Management system and maintain an up-to-date employee database for operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Record Accuracy:<\/strong> Maintain accurate and correct employee records with zero invoicing and pay queries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Documentation and Compliance:<\/strong> Ensure all relevant documents (e.g., SARS, banking information) are filed and documented proof is received before making changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Communication and Coordination:<\/strong> Maintain clear and open communication with the operations team and compliance team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Administrative Support:<\/strong> Conduct administrative tasks for operations, including booking medicals, induction sessions, and training as per client requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Compliance Adherence:<\/strong> Ensure compliance levels are adhered to in all tasks performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Education:<\/strong> Matric certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Computer Literacy:<\/strong> High proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Data Accuracy:<\/strong> Proven data capturing accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Administrative Skills:<\/strong> Strong organizational and administration skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Experience:<\/strong> Proven track record in a similar role, preferably with basic knowledge of logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
