Phakisa Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join our team in Mamelodi. This full-time temporary position is essential for supporting daily operations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment, and assisting with various manual tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should be able to perform physical labor and follow instructions efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Material Handling:<\/strong> Assist with the transportation of materials and equipment across the site or workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Cleaning and Maintenance:<\/strong> Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe, tidy, and organized working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Equipment Setup:<\/strong> Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment or machinery as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Basic Repairs:<\/strong> Perform basic maintenance and repairs as directed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Stock Management:<\/strong> Load and unload deliveries and stock items in the correct locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Safety Compliance:<\/strong> Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Team Support:<\/strong> Assist with other ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the team or supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Collaboration:<\/strong> Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and supervisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Education:<\/strong> Grade 12 \/ Matric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Experience:<\/strong> Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Physical Capability:<\/strong> Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Safety Knowledge:<\/strong> Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
