License<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two years of proven experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to operate at least four types of road construction plant, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excavator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L3A Motor Grader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L2A Front End Loader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tractor Backhoe (TLB)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No criminal record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentally and physically fit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 2 years as a Plant Operator II \u2013 B3 salary scale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main Purpose of the Job:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grading council roads<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct routine maintenance and report faults<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain logbooks with accurate entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform excavation, bush clearing, grading, rolling, spreading, and compacting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure safety of tools and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct wheel puncture repairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise subordinates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with fitting plant accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Load and offload plants\/machinery carefully<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other
