24HR Emergency Medical Care Practice-Kazungula (Polyclinic) is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Paramedic (EMT-B)<\/strong> to provide pre-hospital and on-site emergency medical care<\/strong>. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a rapid response to medical emergencies and delivering high-quality patient care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Respond swiftly to medical emergencies<\/strong> and provide immediate patient care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assess, stabilize, and manage patients in pre-hospital settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Administer basic life support (BLS)<\/strong> and other emergency medical procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Operate and maintain ambulance and emergency medical equipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Communicate effectively with medical professionals, emergency responders, and hospital staff<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep accurate patient records<\/strong> and submit detailed reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with emergency medical protocols and healthcare regulations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements & Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Certified Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (EMT-B)<\/strong> qualification or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Valid professional license<\/strong> to practice as a paramedic in Botswana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in pre-hospital emergency care<\/strong> and medical response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills<\/strong> in high-pressure situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work in high-stress environments and flexible shifts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
