Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Magotllio Hotel and Resort is seeking proactive, self-driven, and dynamic<\/strong> individuals to join our team as Waiters and Waitresses<\/strong>. The ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience<\/strong> in the hospitality industry and must reside along the A1 Road<\/strong>, as the hotel is located in Mmamashia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Set tables and prepare them for guests, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Cooperate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to health department regulations<\/strong> and customer service guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide menu information and recommend dishes when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle guest complaints professionally and courteously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a high standard of customer service and hospitality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements & Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Minimum 2 years of experience<\/strong> in a similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Certificate in Business Administration, Hotel\/Hospitality Management, or a related field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication and customer service skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Professional, well-groomed, and attentive to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Preferably aged 28 years and above<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must be living along A1 Road<\/strong> for ease of commuting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
