Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mr Veg (Pty) Ltd is seeking an efficient and productive Extra Heavy Duty Driver<\/strong> to operate Horse and Trailer trucks<\/strong>. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of independent operations<\/strong>, experience in bulk produce buying<\/strong>, and knowledge of cross-border documentation<\/strong> within SACU countries<\/strong>. Candidates with experience driving 30m splitter trucks<\/strong> will be given preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Operate Horse and Trailer trucks<\/strong> efficiently and independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Represent the company in bulk buying from farms<\/strong>, requiring strong negotiation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with cross-border documentation<\/strong> and SACU trade formalities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to road safety regulations<\/strong> and company policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Transport fresh produce<\/strong> safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Work long hours<\/strong> as required by the job demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements & Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Valid Extra Heavy Duty Driver\u2019s License<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in driving 30m splitter trucks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Minimum 3 years of experience<\/strong> in heavy-duty truck driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Basic mechanical knowledge<\/strong> to troubleshoot minor issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong negotiation skills<\/strong> and experience in bulk buying from farms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of SACU cross-border documentation and procedures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work long hours and under pressure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
