Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RCL FOODS is looking for a dedicated Feeder Truck Driver<\/strong> with a passion for people and customer service<\/strong> to join its distribution team<\/strong> in Tzaneen. Reporting to the Despatch Controller<\/strong>, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of fresh bread<\/strong> to customers, depots, and sister bakeries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure prompt delivery<\/strong> of products in bulk or bag form to assigned customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Verify load accuracy<\/strong>, including deliveries and returns, and assist with offloading<\/strong> when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Issue invoices<\/strong> for deliveries and ensure proper documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain fuel consumption<\/strong> at the agreed standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct daily vehicle inspections<\/strong>, including checking tyres, lights, trailer couplings, oil, and water levels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure the truck is well-maintained<\/strong>, clean, and in good working condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Report any vehicle defects or breakdowns<\/strong> immediately and take initial fault-finding steps, including tyre changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow safe driving practices<\/strong>, adhere to safety inspections<\/strong>, and prevent traffic-related fines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure availability on a cell phone<\/strong> for communication purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Matric (Grade 12) \u2013 Non-Negotiable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Valid Code 14 driver\u2019s license<\/strong> with PDP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum 2 years of experience<\/strong> driving a 3-axle truck<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Advanced Driver Training Certification<\/strong> is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to read, write, and communicate in English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
