Overview:<\/strong>
The Welder Apprenticeship provides training in metal fabrication, welding techniques, and blueprint interpretation<\/strong>. Apprentices will learn to weld components and structures used in shipbuilding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding<\/strong> for marine components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure proper welding techniques and quality control<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain safety standards<\/strong> in welding operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
