Cleaners (110 positions)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><br>Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in hospital settings, ensuring a sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform routine cleaning tasks in patient rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and waiting areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure all hospital areas meet <strong>infection control standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of hospital equipment and <strong>high-touch surfaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>PSLE\/JC qualification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a <strong>healthcare or hospital setting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Understanding of <strong>infection control standards<\/strong> and <strong>safe handling of cleaning chemicals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to work <strong>independently and follow detailed instructions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Supervisors (8 positions)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><br>Responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations in hospital facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Supervise and coordinate <strong>cleaning staff<\/strong> to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct <strong>quality checks<\/strong> and report any maintenance or cleaning issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with <strong>safety and hygiene standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Motivate and train cleaning staff to improve service quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>BGCSE or higher qualification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Previous <strong>supervisory or leadership experience<\/strong> in a similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong <strong>organizational and communication skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to <strong>manage and motivate a team effectively<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
