Markham, a leading fashion retailer under TFG, is looking for a dedicated Administration Controller<\/strong> to join our team in Gaborone. This role requires an individual with strong administrative skills, retail experience, and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for supporting store operations, stock management, risk control, and ensuring seamless administrative processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Assist the Store Manager<\/strong> with stock take and store administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and analyze stock movement<\/strong> within the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Implement risk management procedures<\/strong> to mitigate stock losses and shrinkage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with all administration, reporting, and system procedures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Extract and analyze store reports<\/strong> to evaluate turnover and stock performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Present relevant reports and insights to the Store Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Organize and maintain in-store filing systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and control cash and transactional activities<\/strong> to ensure adherence to processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Enforce in-store safety and security<\/strong> procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process customer transactions<\/strong> using the retail POS system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage with customers professionally to identify their needs<\/strong> and provide solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote customer loyalty programs<\/strong> and cash reward initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Continuously enhance customer satisfaction and experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to visual merchandising<\/strong> principles and housekeeping standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop product knowledge and sales skills<\/strong> to drive store performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets<\/strong> and implement store objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay updated on the latest fashion trends<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
