Markham is looking for a dynamic Fashion Consultant<\/strong> to join our team at BR Mall, Gaborone. If you are passionate about fashion, customer service, and sales<\/strong>, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a leading retail brand. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for creating exceptional shopping experiences, driving sales, and staying up to date with the latest fashion trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Act as a brand ambassador<\/strong>, providing excellent guest experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify customer needs and offer tailored fashion solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Track sales performance<\/strong> and work towards achieving store targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay updated with fashion trends and product knowledge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Seek opportunities to expand business and drive sales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising<\/strong> to maintain a well-presented store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure store cleanliness and organization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain high customer satisfaction levels<\/strong> by executing excellent customer service strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements & Skills (Botswana Standards)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Previous retail or fashion consulting experience<\/strong> is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Strong customer service and sales skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Target-driven<\/strong> with a results-oriented mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Ability to work under pressure<\/strong> in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Basic administrative and numerical skills<\/strong> for tracking sales performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Setswana (advantageous).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Organized, thorough, and able to manage risk within the store.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Strong leadership and strategic sales planning abilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
