Putco Ltd is offering an exclusive 12-month Bus Driver Learnership Program<\/strong> for women who are passionate about building a career in professional driving. This opportunity provides valuable training, skills development, and hands-on experience<\/strong> in the Road Passenger Transport Industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learnership Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This learnership is structured towards achieving the Occupational Certificate: Bus Driver<\/strong> and will be conducted at the Larimar Training Academy in Linbro Park<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and English<\/strong> (essential).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Valid Code 14 (EC) or Code 10 (C or EC1 0.4) driver\u2019s license<\/strong> (Heavy-Duty).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must be unemployed<\/strong> and under 35 years of age<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must be in good health<\/strong> and fit for duty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must demonstrate a strong willingness to pursue a career<\/strong> in professional passenger transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conditions of Employment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As per Sectoral Determination No. 5: Learnerships<\/strong>, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–12-month fixed-term learnership contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Learner allowance of R2 700 per month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–15 days of annual leave<\/strong> during the contract period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
