Overview:<\/strong>
Sefalana Shopper is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of its new Lithabaneng branch, expected to open in June 2025. The Branch Manager will be responsible for staff supervision, sales performance, inventory control, and ensuring excellent customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and drive sales targets while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory management and control<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports to support strategic decision-making<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Foster a positive and productive work environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-LGCSE or equivalent qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail management role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong leadership and decision-making skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent customer service orientation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to meet targets and manage teams effectively<\/p>\n\n\n\n
