The Corporation is seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resource Director to join its Executive Team at the Head Office in Gaborone. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to shape and drive a corporation-wide HR strategy aligned with WUC\u2019s overall strategic objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Human Resource Director will lead the development and execution of the Corporation&#8217;s People Agenda.
