The role requires maintaining the hygiene and tidiness of office and communal areas, ensuring a pleasant and efficient working environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and upholding the organization\u2019s standards of cleanliness and hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Clean general office and communal areas, including workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, and ablution facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Vacuum carpets, wash crockery and cutlery, clean floors and surfaces regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure meeting rooms are clean and presentable each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Serve refreshments to internal and external stakeholders as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Clear and dispose of food and drink items after meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage waste by emptying bins and replacing refuse bags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain hygiene of kitchen appliances, equipment, and office machinery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor and restock supplies including beverages, cutlery, cleaning materials, toilet paper, and soap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Run occasional office errands such as transporting documents between branches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage company resources responsibly and contribute to risk identification processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong> COSC (Cambridge Overseas School Certificate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> At least 2 years in a relevant office cleaning or facilities support role (preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Competencies:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong team player<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational and task management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrity, discretion, and confidentiality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiative and self-motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines and maintain schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to following procedures and minimizing risks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application Information:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/lsjobs\/apply-for-metropolitan-lesotho-cleaners\/\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants are advised to verify the authenticity of this job posting on the official Metropolitan Lesotho careers page.
