If you\u2019re a confident retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves fashion, this is your chance to take your career to the next level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll be responsible for managing the store\u2019s performance, leading and developing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales and managing operations effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Drive sales to achieve or exceed monthly turnover targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage store expenses and minimize shrinkage (stock losses)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Lead and motivate a high-performing team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Recruit, train, and develop staff while handling employee relations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer satisfaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with company policies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LGCSE\/COSC or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of <strong>3 years\u2019 retail experience<\/strong>, with at least <strong>1 year in a store leadership role<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
