This position is central to supporting the implementation of court-annexed mediation and improving access to justice through alternative dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Position Purpose:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mediator facilitates structured discussions between disputing parties to help them reach mutually acceptable agreements without the need for formal litigation. The role requires exceptional communication, neutrality, and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Facilitate Communication and Negotiation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Schedule and guide mediation sessions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist parties in identifying issues and understanding each other\u2019s perspectives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Explore areas of agreement, disagreement, and compromise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Encourage creative solutions and facilitate consensus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare and finalize settlement agreements for court recognition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
