Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Concor-Nthane Brothers M&K Joint Venture (CNB-JV), in partnership with the Lesotho Highlands Water Authority (LHDA), is undertaking the construction of the Mabunyaneng and Khubelu Bridges. The JV invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Reinforced Earth Supervisor<\/strong>, a site-based role critical to the success of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Position Purpose:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Reinforced Earth Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction and supervision of reinforced earth structures on site. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of construction practices and technical specifications, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with engineering standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Supervise the installation and construction of reinforced earth structures on site<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and report on daily site activities, material usage, and manpower deployment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Lead and guide construction teams in line with project timelines and quality standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in construction processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Minimum Qualification:<\/strong> Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Experience:<\/strong> At least 3 years’ experience as a Reinforced Earth Supervisor on major infrastructure projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
