FNB Lesotho is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Premier Banker<\/strong> to join its team in Maseru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients while delivering exceptional financial advice and support. Position Purpose:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To effectively manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that support business growth, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Achieve Net Income Return targets as outlined in the Financial Performance Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Grow revenue by acquiring new clients and optimizing opportunities within an existing portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage clients using tools such as the Net Promoter Tool to generate leads and deepen relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Track and influence sales activities to achieve specific sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Review and close all business applications within appropriate timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and performance statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-1 to 3 years of relevant banking or financial services experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A solid understanding of FNB\u2019s products and services is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
