Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FNB Lesotho is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented IT Auditor<\/em> to join its Internal Audit team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating information systems controls, identifying IT-related risks, and providing assurance on the effectiveness of the bank\u2019s governance, risk management, and internal control systems. This position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth within the FirstRand Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct preliminary assessments of business areas and information systems to determine audit scope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop engagement letters and audit work programs for approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and evaluate IT risks and conduct IT audits in accordance with internal audit methodology and IIA standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Apply Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques (CAATs) to improve audit efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Document audit findings and consult with IT management to determine root causes and corrective action plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Draft audit reports that present control weaknesses and offer value-adding recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Continuously develop auditing skills through structured training and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and IT departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-2\u20133 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) \u2013 preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) \u2013 advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
