Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The FIX, a bold and trend-forward brand within The Foschini Group (TFG), is looking for an energetic and style-savvy Fashion Consultant<\/strong> to join our team at Pioneer Mall in Maseru. If you’re passionate about customer service, fashion trends, and driving sales, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in retail while making a direct impact on our customers’ shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify customer needs and offer relevant fashion and lifestyle solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep track of individual sales performance and work towards exceeding sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay up to date with current fashion and d\u00e9cor trends to inform customer recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Actively seek out new sales opportunities within the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist in restocking and merchandising to ensure a customer-ready store environment at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of LGCSE (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education)<\/strong> or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous experience in retail or customer service will be advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Passion for people and customer engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proactive and able to take initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attention to detail with a strong focus on service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Competent in selling techniques, customer loyalty building, and handling customer queries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
