Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Jet, a leading value retail brand under The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant<\/strong> to join its dynamic team at Pioneer Mall in Maseru. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where style, service, and teamwork come together to create an exceptional customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Represent the Jet brand with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify customer needs and provide tailored fashion and product solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor personal sales targets and actively work to exceed them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay up to date with current fashion and home trends to support sales efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Seek new sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support stock replenishment and ensure the store is always customer-ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of LGCSE (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education)<\/strong> or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Strong passion for customer service and fashion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Target-driven and performance-focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Effective multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-High level of attention to detail and a proactive attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Competent in sales, negotiation, and handling customer challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
