Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Jet, one of Southern Africa\u2019s most trusted value fashion retailers and part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is hiring a dedicated Fashion Consultant<\/strong> at its Pioneer Mall store in Maseru. This role is ideal for a results-driven, fashion-forward individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Represent Jet as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service and a great customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Exceed customer expectations by identifying their needs and providing suitable product solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Track and report on personal sales performance in relation to store targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Sell across a wide range of fashion and home products, staying informed of the latest trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify opportunities to increase sales through customer interaction and upselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with regular stock replenishment to ensure the store remains fully merchandised and presentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of LGCSE (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education)<\/strong> or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
