Overview:<\/strong>
Mohale FM is seeking energetic, creative, and articulate individuals to join its on-air team as Radio Presenters<\/strong>. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate media professionals who want to connect with a vibrant audience, deliver compelling content, and help grow one of Lesotho\u2019s leading radio stations. If you have the talent to entertain, inform, and inspire, we want to hear from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Present live or pre-recorded radio shows with professionalism and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Research topics, prepare scripts, and plan engaging show formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct interviews and facilitate live listener engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Operate studio equipment, manage playlists, and monitor sound quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Work closely with the production team to develop fresh and creative content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Represent Mohale FM at outside broadcasts, public events, and promotional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to broadcasting regulations, station policies, and editorial standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Diploma or Degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, or related field (preferred).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in radio presenting, podcasting, or voice-over work is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Fluency in both English and Sesotho (spoken and written).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Confident, creative, and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Basic knowledge of radio studio operations and audio editing tools is desirable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
