This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills who are passionate about retail and making a positive impact in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Shop Assistant \/ Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering a pleasant shopping experience for our customers while ensuring accurate transactions, maintaining store standards, and contributing to our reputation as a trusted health and beauty retailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Efficiently execute all point-of-sale (POS) activities, including scanning, processing payments, and balancing transactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote and enroll new members for the Clicks ClubCard loyalty programme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure safe handling and accountability of cash and card payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Inform customers about current promotions to drive product awareness and sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Offer friendly, professional, and visible customer service as a Clicks brand ambassador<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain merchandising displays and general housekeeping in accordance with company standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Continuously update knowledge of products, ranges, and in-store promotions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Contribute to achieving store targets by delivering a superior customer experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completion of <strong>Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education (LGCSE)<\/strong> or <strong>COSC equivalent<\/strong> (compulsory)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference for candidates with at least <strong>50% in Mathematics and English<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail\/FMCG environment is advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Knowledge &amp;
