The role supports operational, administrative, and customer service functions to ensure smooth cargo movement across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check daily manifests for scanning inconsistencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update order statuses in the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture local delivery manifests for daily deliveries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email branches regarding returns and damaged goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture and process all consolidation documents and manifests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create manifests for deliveries or collections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect parcels for damage and ensure correct system booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debrief Linehaul manifests and collection bookings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Administration &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capture daily collection and delivery reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm customer details before dispatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify service type prior to delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double-check manifest details for accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address scanning inconsistencies in the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liaise with the Customer Service Department to resolve queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on issues related to damages, collections, and returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with various operational functions as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entry Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 (Matric).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good typing speed with high accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
