Panel Built is looking for an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction operations at its project sites in Selebi Phikwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project activities run smoothly, on time, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor project timelines, quality, and progress on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Enforce safety standards and site regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication among teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Report progress and challenges to project management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee material usage and ensure efficient allocation of resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
