Overview:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Makoro Brick & Tile is seeking an experienced and qualified Driver Trainer<\/strong> to train and assess both new and existing drivers of extra heavy-duty vehicles. The successful candidate will implement theoretical and practical driving programs that meet industry and safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct practical and theoretical driver training<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and coach drivers through ride-alongs and simulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assess driver performance and compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify training needs and improve safety standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct vehicle inspections and offer training on equipment use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare reports and feedback on training progress<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum 10-15 years\u2019 experience in transportation or logistics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in operating extra heavy-duty vehicles<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and training facilitation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of safety, mechanical inspections, and manual transmission operation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid driver\u2019s license (EC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Accredited by BOA as Trainer and Assessor<\/p>\n\n\n\n
