As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR and payroll functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to employee queries related to HR and payroll matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR Qualification will be advantageous <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><br>Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV directly to Donna Price at donna.p@aad.za.com.
