This development program aims to ensure the proper maintenance of tires, adherence to service level agreements, and contribute to the overall goals of Bridgestone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tyre Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspecting tires on vehicles before and after installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing tire rotations, balancing, and other maintenance tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following all safety protocols while working in the shop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing excellent customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicating with customers about any issues they are experiencing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stock:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daily stock taking in a Bridgestone Commercial Stock Book<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting daily stock to the customer and signing off Stock Sheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branding all tires in stock for identification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Health &amp; Safety:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Correctly lifting motor vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizing correct tools for the job<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correctly fitting tires to rims<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining a clean and safe work area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capturing tire survey info in a Bridgestone Commercial Survey Book<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capturing all tire movements in a Bridgestone Commercial Tyre Change Slip Book<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping records of all paperwork in a safe and dry place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Liaison:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifying and reporting all maintenance-related problems to the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining a good working relationship with the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following maintenance procedures and safety protocols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing daily equipment maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>National Senior Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 years of tire experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHY APPLY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opportunity for personal development and growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to international work settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with leading technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career advancement in a culture of feedback and recognition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment is a priority<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-80fc1a74c6b9580aeba91e833b02da8e\" style=\"color:#ff0000\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-tyre-serviceman-learnership-2024\/\">Click here for application instructions.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COMPANY DESCRIPTION:Bridgestone in Europe, Russia, Middle East, India, and Africa (BSEMIA), headquartered in Zaventem (Belgium), is a subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, a global leader providing sustainable mobility and advanced solutions.
