KFC Redruth is looking for a dedicated Cook to join our Food Service Team. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking KFC products in accordance with our standard operating procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and cook KFC products using approved CSL procedures as instructed by the manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portion ingredients and cooked products according to approved CSL procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain proper holding periods and temperatures for raw and cooked products using appropriate equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow standard procedures for cleaning and sanitizing food preparation and storage areas, equipment, and utensils.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture product preparation information and monitor product quality, including checking and acting upon expiration dates and times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all rules, regulations, and working practices, including those related to grievances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to YUM culture principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a customer maniac by achieving CER standards and delivering 100% CHAMPs with a positive attitude on every shift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties as requested by the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or shift supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matric qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear criminal record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferences:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting the following preferences would be advantageous:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience as a Cook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residing within 15km from the job location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive creditworthiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TMRI minimum score.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Star Training &#8211; FSTM Qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f10aff35a3bda3ae72fe09772d53ac66\" style=\"color:#fe0000\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-kfc-food-service-team-member-redruth-cook\/\">Click here for application instructions.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Food Service Team Member &#8211; Redruth Cook Location: Alberton, Gauteng Hours: 9 hrs p\/shift Salary: To be confirmed per month Employment Type: Permanent &#8211; Full-time Work Schedule: 6 shifts per week Start Date: ASAP Job Description: Are you passionate about creating delicious food in a fast-paced environment?
