The chosen candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of both mobile and fixed plant machinery, in line with Metier standards of excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform general maintenance tasks on concrete truck mixers, mixer units, concrete pump trucks, and wheel loaders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure scheduled daily and monthly maintenance activities are completed on specified machinery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct welding of various steel structures as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undertake painting duties when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain hydraulic systems to ensure optimal functioning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out maintenance tasks on fixed plant\/batching plants as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take responsibility for the overall care and maintenance of company assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide tire support for mobile plant operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise General Workers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain conveyor belts, screw conveyors, and air compressors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively plan repair work on concrete mixer units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum Grade 12\/N2, preferably N3 or higher technical qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least five years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trade Test\/National Qualification is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Code EC or C (Code 14) Driver\u2019s license is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of auto-electrical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in time management and prioritization of tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Package &amp; Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package, based on experience and skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional benefits include company car, cellular allowance, and Pension Fund contribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-metier-mixed-concrete-diesel-mechanic-2024\/\">APPLY<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While we receive a high volume of applications daily, we assure you that each submission is duly reviewed.
