Bank Note Company (Pty) Ltd. as an Operator Stores Inventory X3 in Pretoria. We are seeking diligent individuals who are meticulous in managing stock and non-stock items while adhering to safety, health, and environmental regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Efficiently manage the receiving and issuing of stock and non-stock items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately record landed costs for foreign deliveries and maintain detailed records for easy retrieval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with suppliers to rectify incorrect deliveries and report discrepancies to the Stores Supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct precise stock cycle counts, investigate variances, and report findings to the Stores Supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate relevant IT systems effectively to ensure accurate data recording and reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide excellent service to internal clients and external suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee annual car license renewals, vehicle servicing, and repairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle the collection and delivery of items and documents within the business unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environment regulations, including safe handling of chemicals and hazardous substances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safely operate forklifts while adhering to all regulations and standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate or Diploma in Stock Control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid forklift license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 years of experience in a stores environment, with a focus on receipting and issuing stock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency in stores control procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General working knowledge of inventory management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with chemical and hazardous substance handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy, including proficiency in relevant software systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong numeracy skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-operator-stores-inventory-x3\/\">APPLY<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>SABN is committed to equality, employment equity, and diversity.
