Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Insure Guard is seeking a skilled and proactive Credit Controller<\/strong> to join its finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing premium debtors, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Manage premium debtor accounts and ensure prompt collection of outstanding balances<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Contribute to the development and enforcement of credit control policies and procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor overdue accounts and engage with clients to resolve payment issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Reconcile accounts and prepare regular debtor reports for internal review<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to maintain accurate account information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements & Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong negotiation and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A proactive and client-focused approach to debt collection<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and handle pressure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
