The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the store, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to all store policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver excellent service to every customer, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle sales transactions involving cash, credit, and checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with ticketing products and verifying paperwork against received items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure company assets and inventory to prevent shrinkage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help develop and maintain merchandise displays based on management&#8217;s guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve proficiency with the point-of-sale system, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use effective selling techniques, such as add-on sales and explaining product details to customers, to meet sales goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products; occasionally serve as a greeter during busy times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain general housekeeping standards in the store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safeguard company assets at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong listening and customer service skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to meet sales goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of customer needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent people skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High energy level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matric certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-1 years of retail experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-adidas-retail-sales-associate\/\">APPLY<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.
