Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a Beauty Assistant to join our team at Clicks. This permanent position offers an opportunity to work in the Wholesale & Retail Trade industry, specifically within the FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, and Supply Chain sectors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty products and customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Customer Consultation:<\/strong> Provide professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Sales Achievement:<\/strong> Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell products to meet monthly sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Product Performance:<\/strong> Monitor sales and evaluate product performance, offering suggestions to improve offerings and increase sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Product Knowledge:<\/strong> Stay updated on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Operational Efficiency:<\/strong> Manage stock effectively, minimize shrinkage, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Visual Merchandising:<\/strong> Ensure in-store visual merchandising, presentation, and promotional standards are met consistently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Customer Service:<\/strong> Act as a brand ambassador, delivering friendly and professional service, and promoting the Clicks clubcard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Brand Loyalty:<\/strong> Increase profitability and customer loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Company Values:<\/strong> Uphold and drive company values to make the brand the customer’s first choice in health and beauty retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Essential: Grade 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Desirable: Relevant beauty\/skincare qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Desirable: Experience in beauty\/skincare, retail, FMCG, or sales\/marketing environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understanding of selling principles<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Retail\/FMCG background with knowledge of merchandising and promotions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stock management procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Customer service excellence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of beauty and skincare products<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong customer orientation and good communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Confidence and engaging interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
