Clicks Eastgate Mall is looking for enthusiastic Beauty Make-Up Artist to join our team, reporting to the Store Manager, and servicing the entire beauty department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Customer Consultation:<\/strong> Engage with customers, answer product-related questions, and provide advice on selecting the best beauty and skincare products to meet their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Sales Maximization:<\/strong> Drive and maximize sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Sales Monitoring:<\/strong> Regularly evaluate product performance and suggest improvements to enhance offerings and increase sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Product Knowledge:<\/strong> Stay updated on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Operational Efficiency:<\/strong> Execute all operational activities within the beauty department, including effective stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Visual Merchandising:<\/strong> Ensure that all in-store visual merchandising, presentation, and promotional standards within the beauty department are consistently met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Customer Service:<\/strong> Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador, providing friendly and professional assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Clubcard Promotion:<\/strong> Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Brand Loyalty:<\/strong> Enhance profitability and customer loyalty through the promotion of private label and exclusive products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Essential:<\/strong> Grade 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Desirable:<\/strong> Relevant beauty or skincare qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Desirable:<\/strong> Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
