Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking three Picker Packers for our warehouse in JHB East Rand. The Picker Packer will be responsible for efficiently handling goods, ensuring accurate picking and packing of items, and assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Receive, unpack, and verify all incoming stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Accurately pick orders according to picking slips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure the correct stock is issued and dispatched daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Inspect products for any damages and report issues to management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and maintain product knowledge to assist with precise picking and packing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support warehouse administrators with monthly stock counting and variance reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle back orders and proactively communicate fulfillment issues with warehouse administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Report any mechanical problems with equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Suggest potential improvement opportunities to the warehouse manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to good safety practices and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in warehouse stock counts as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Grade 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Relevant qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-2-3 years of experience in a similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous warehouse experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Familiarity with hand-held scanning devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Physical strength and stamina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent organizational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Comfortable with Ecowize culture and values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Organized and structured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-High work standards, excellent communication skills, energetic, and driven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
