The successful candidate will be responsible for managing allocated loads and operating a heavy-duty vehicle to ensure products are delivered safely and without damage. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can adhere to all safety procedures and effectively handle necessary documentation and ancillary duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage and deliver assigned loads on the designated route to ensure products are delivered without any damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare the vehicle for trips and operate a heavy-duty vehicle in accordance with company standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Handle all required documentation and perform any additional duties as assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Follow all instructions provided by the Manager and adhere to company SOPs and safety protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report any emergencies, defects, or breakdowns according to the established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with AARTO rules and regulations at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid Code 14 driver\u2019s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 24 months of driving experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-5 years of experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solving abilities and assertiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good numerical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High sense of urgency and results orientation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accountability and respect for company values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work a 6-day schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability to work on a rotating shift basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-3-color has-contrast-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2f23ab8bf45b3c7c6149eb4cd873d9d6\"><strong>HOW TO APPLY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-base-3-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-premier-code-14-driver-with-pdp\/\" style=\"background-color:#ff0000\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>If you meet these requirements and are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply before the closing date.
