With operations across multiple locations, including a maize mill in Louis Trichardt, we are looking for a qualified Code 14 Driver to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure timely delivery of Super-Sure products to clients, focusing on customer service and volume growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Report all incidents and accidents promptly to management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, ensuring all are signed, stamped, and correctly accounted for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor fuel consumption and ensure it meets company standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage stock control during loading and offloading, ensuring 100% accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise crate control, ensuring all trays are accurately loaded and unloaded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct daily vehicle checks, complete checklists, report defects, and submit them to the fleet controller\/supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage all relevant documents, including PODs, fuel slips, toll slips, and trip sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise and manage the crew on the truck.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 with strong numerical ability and basic computer literacy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>License:<\/strong> Valid Code 14 driving license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Minimum of 3 years&#8217; driving experience, with a sound knowledge of sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work Environment:<\/strong> Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment, including weekends and public holidays as per the roster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong> Clear criminal record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills Required:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to define problems and analyze solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capability to maintain long-term relationships with customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teamwork and compliance orientation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and planning skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal resilience in challenging situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-3-color has-contrast-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2f23ab8bf45b3c7c6149eb4cd873d9d6\"><strong>HOW TO APPLY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-base-3-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-now-vkb-milling-code-14-driver\/\" style=\"background-color:#ff0000\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, where you can develop and utilize your skills to contribute to the growth of VKB Milling.
