The primary purpose of this role is to transport crew members and custodians, ensuring the secure collection and delivery of clients\u2019 money, along with providing proof of these transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safely collect and deliver clients\u2019 funds, ensuring full responsibility and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any delays or issues to the Operations Manager immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain consistent radio contact with controllers during transportation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vigilantly monitor and report any suspicious activities or incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct vehicle audits and complete required checklists before and after trips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations, and document any accidents or incidents that occur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A clear criminal record is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PSIRA accreditation with at least a Grade C qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash in Transit (CIT) Certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firearm competency with at least a handgun qualification for business purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid driver&#8217;s license with a minimum Code C1 and a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry or a similar role (experience with Fidelity Services Group is advantageous).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and maintain physical fitness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Honesty and reliability are essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal communication and language skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assertiveness and self-motivation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail, particularly in customer service and quality assurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Core Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commitment to self-development and continuous learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer focus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-3-color has-contrast-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2f23ab8bf45b3c7c6149eb4cd873d9d6\"><strong>HOW TO APPLY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-base-3-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-now-fidelity-services-group-code-10-drivers-x3\/\" style=\"background-color:#ff0000\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fidelity Services Group is committed to fair practice and business ethics, with a focus on the continuous development of our human capital.
