Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FNB Botswana is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Consultant<\/em>. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels, resolving queries, processing requests, and managing customer expectations with professionalism and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver exceptional service across face-to-face, telephonic, and digital channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Facilitate prompt and effective resolution of customer queries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process customer requests accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understand and respond to customer needs and expectations proactively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with all legislative, audit, and governance requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain expert knowledge of FNB products, including pricing, procedures, and timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and manage operational tasks aligned with documented processes and SLAs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Translate business strategies into actionable goals and measure progress effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with administration and system updates related to customer interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep informed about developments in the banking sector, particularly in mortgage lending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle requests with urgency while maintaining high standards of customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Contribute to cost efficiency and revenue recovery through effective service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Relevant qualification in Business, Finance, or Customer Service will be advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service environment preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in using banking systems and customer service platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and professional conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
